Platform Controls Ltd provides electronic manufacturing services including but not limited to:
All services are subject to separate written agreements and specifications as agreed between the parties.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Platform Controls Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing.
Products and services will be manufactured according to the specifications agreed upon in writing between the parties. Any changes to specifications must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Payment terms will be specified in each individual contract. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing.
Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the agreed location, or upon collection by the customer or their carrier, whichever occurs first.
All products are manufactured according to agreed specifications and industry standards. Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any defects within 14 days. Failure to notify within this period may result in acceptance of the goods as conforming to specification.
All intellectual property rights in products, designs, and documentation remain with Platform Controls Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We warrant that our products will conform to the agreed specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery, subject to proper use and storage. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Orders may not be cancelled after acceptance without our written consent. Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless defective. Standard returns policy applies only where expressly agreed in writing.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, material shortages, or government actions.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of the contract.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective for orders placed after the date of amendment. Existing contracts remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of order acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
